Our first grade classes completed our STEM Project called "Dirty Bread". Here you can see some of our observations and conclusions from the project. We observed the changes almost daily in each piece of bread. At our "Dirty Bread" observation site we had our Control Bread (touched by no one), our Clean Bread (touched by a class after washing their hands) and our Dirty Bread that was touched by a class before they washed their hands. We concluded that "When you do not wash your hands, germs spread and could make you sick."
